BJP deserters turn non-entities, says Kothari

Badwani(MP), Dec 4 (UNI) Senior BJP leader and Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Himmat Kothari has declined to comment on the possible return of Ms Uma Bharti to the BJP saying those who deserted the BJP had either returned or became non-entities.

''Ms Bharti may come to this realisation sooner or later'', he told reporters here last night when asked about Ms Bharti's return to BJP.

Citing instances of Balraj Madhok, Pitamber Das and Virendra Kumar Sakhlecha, the Home Minister said ''those who deserted BJP had either returned or became non-entities''.

He said several prominent leaders of Bhartiya Janshakti, founded by Ms Bharti, had already joined BJP. BJ is ineffective in the December 12 byelections in Khargone Lok Sabha and Sanver Assembly constituencies in the state, he added.
