Lalu obstacle in land acquisition: Nitish
Patna, Dec 3 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today accused RJD chief Lalu Prasad of creating obstacles in acquisition of the land for the state's development.
He also said the RJD workers were spreading fear psychosis among the land owners against the state government's move for railway and other development projects.
Mr Kumar told mediapersons that on directive of Mr Prasad the party workers were protesting at places, where various development projects were to be launched.
''On one hand, Mr Prasad was trying gain political mileage by fanning controversy over acquisition of land while on the other hand he was also blaming the NDA government for its failure in acquiring the plots of land for Railway projects,'' he remarked.
Mr Kumar castigated the Railway Minister for not paying enough attention to his works and trying to raise irrelevant and frivolous issues instead.
