Hyderabad, Dec 3 (UNI) A charred body of a woman was found in one of the four coaches of the Narayanadri Express that gutted in a fire at the yard in Secunderabad Railway station today.
According to South Central Railway (SCR) authorities, the railway police found the charred body in S-3 compartment after battling for more than two hours to extinguish the flames from the bogies.
Forensic experts, who rushed to the spot, confirmed that the body was of a woman aged between 16-20 years. The broken pieces of bangle were recovered from the burnt coach.
Railway police, however, suspect that bad elements might have outraged the modesty of the girl and then set the coach afire.
However, forensic experts were conducting tests to ascertain whether she was raped or murdered.
