Call money ends at 07.65--07.75 per cent

Mumbai Dec 3 (UNI) Call money rates hovered around same levels to settle at 07.65-07.75 per cent today as against the previous close of 07.70-07.80 per cent.

During the day, it touched a high of 07.75 per cent and a low of 07.50 per cent.

Dealers said profit booking by FII's in the equity market, which might have pumped in fresh funds in the system, eased the call rates, which were trading in the range of 7.00-8.00 per cent for the last one week.

The Reserve Bank of India, through reverse repo, accepted one bid worth Rs 10 crore at a fixed rate of 7.75 per cent.
