Bhajan's party won't harm Cong: Kiran Choudhry

Chandigarh, Dec 3 (UNI) Haryana Tourism Minister Kiran Choudhry today said the newly launched Haryana Janhit Congress (BL) of former Chief Minister Bhajan Lal would not be able to harm the Congress in the state.

''The formation of the new party would not affect the Congress at all,'' Ms Choudhry said while talking to reporters here.

She said India was a vibrant democracy. ''Anyone can do whatever he pleases.'' When her attention was drawn to the remarks made against Congress president Sonia Gandhi during yesterday's Rohtak rally of Mr Bhajan Lal and his son Kuldeep Bishnoi, Mr Choudhry quipped: ''Your opponents will always speak against you. You can't expect them to speak in your favour.'' UNI
