New Delhi, Nov 30, 2007 : India lost opener Dinesh Karthik early on after electing to bat against Pakistan in the second Test at the Eden Gardens here on Nov 29th . But Wasim Jaffer and Rahul Dravid denied Pakistan any further success as the duo held the fort for the home side. Sohail Tanveer inflicted the early jolt on India, who are looking to take a decisive lead in the three-Test series.
