Munda criticises Congress for its stand on ST status
Dumka, Nov 30 (UNI) Criticising the Congress for its stand on providing ST status to tea-tribals in Assam, Jharkhand former Chief Minister Arjun Munda today said the party had been unmasked on the issue.
Talking to reporters here, Mr Munda said Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil's statement refusing ST status to tea-tribals in Assam had unmasked the party's real face.
Criticising the UPA-backed Madhu Koda government of the state, Mr Munda said the government was not able to do it as the ministers indulged in corruption.
Mr Munda said all the developmental schemes passed by the erstwhile NDA government were lying in files.
He said the party would raise all these issues in its rally scheduled on January 8.
