Kolkata, Nov 29 (UNI) India's fielding coach Robin Singh tonight exuded confidence of winning second Test against Pakistan, beginning at Eden Gardens here tomorrow.
After being felicitated by Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) and Calcutta Sports Journalists Club (CSJC) on the eve of second Test on the occasion of releasing of a cricket souvenir jointly sponsored by CAB and CSJC, the former India's star said India were going to win the Eden Test.
India are already one up in the three Test series after winning the Delhi Test last week.
The former all rounder said Eden, Mecca of Indian cricket, has made him a cricketer.
Bowling coach Venkatesh Prasad also went down to the memory lane recalling how he hauled six wickets against South Africa and lost to Sri Lanka in the semifinals of World cricket at Eden Gardens.
Both of them were accorded felicitation by CAB and CSJC for their contibution to Indian cricket.
The second Test organiser CAB and CSJC also felicitated a host of Pakistani scribes, who have come to cover the cricket match here.
This was the first time the CAB and CSJC jointly brought out the cricket souvenir, which has articles from former stars like Asif Iqbal, Ravi Shastri, Raju Mukherjee and others, said CAB president Prasun Mukherjee.
