Ahmedabad, Nov 30 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party has described the Congress ''chargesheet'' against the Narendra Modi government as a ''frustration sheet''.
''The Congress chargesheet is baseless. It is not a chargesheet but a frustration sheet,'' BJP national spokesman Prakash Javadekar said while speaking to newspersons here today.
Mr Javadekar said, ''The Congress allegations in the released booklet are so baseless that they do not even qualify for any reply or response from the ruling BJP.'' The chargesheet clearly shows that the Congress has no real issue to raise against the BJP, he added.
The BJP leader claimed that in 12 years of BJP rule, Gujarat had made enormous progress, which has been praised even by people who are against the BJP. In contrast, Congress led-UPA Government at the Centre has failed on every front.
Meanwhile, he accused the Congress of practising anti-tribal policies in Assam. The Congress has failed to provide protection to tribals in Assam, he alleged.
''Assam witnessed the worst-ever clash between tribals and locals, and police chose to remain mute spectators. Tribal women were beaten up after stripping them in full view on the street,'' Mr Javadekar alleged.
