Bangalore, Nov 28 (UNI) Online sale of tickets for the third and final Test between India and Pakistan to be held here from December 8 to 12 today.
According to a release, the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) has entrusted Ticketpro India exclusively to produce, manage and conduct all ticketing related services.
Ticketpro India had successfully managed the Ticketing services for KSCA during the last ODI held at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium between India and Australia held on September 29, 2007.
Ticketpro created history by selling out all tickets for this event on the Ticketpro website within two minutes of it being listed.
Fans can buy the tickets online by logging on to www.ticketpro.in and www.cricketkarnataka.com or call the Ticketpro call-centre (Toll Free 1800 4251115) for online booking.
The tickets are printed on security enhanced ticket paper supported by bar codes, which will be scanned at the time of entry. This helps eliminate possible threats of counterfeits and speed up the process of admission to the venue.
KSCA officials can now control and monitor the sale of tickets real time with the help of 'Ticketsoft'- Ticketpro's proprietary software. The software will also help control access on the day of the event where authorities can monitor in real time the number of people entering each gate and stands.
