MTNL launches SMS services in 11 languages

launched
multi-lingual
short
message
service
(SMS)
that
will
enable
its
GSM
subscribers
to
send
messages
in
11
Indian
languages,
besides
English.
The service will cost rupee one per SMS for the post paid connections, namely Dolphin customers, and pre-paid users, particularly Trump subscriber have to pay rupees two for per SMS, company Executive Director A K Arora told reporter here.
This value added service will be available in Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Rajasthani, Tamil, Telugu, beside English in which the company presently provide this service.
