BJP to go alone in Assembly polls: Yeddyurappa
Mysore, Nov 28 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa today said the ''BJP will not have alliance with any party'' in the next Assembly elections.
Talking to newspersons at Chamarajanagar, he said ''the BJP would fight the elections alone. We have learnt a lesson by having an alliance with JD(S) and that was the end of alliance with any party.'' Denying gift in the party, the BJP leader said ''we are united and would fight the elections unitedly''.
Earlier, addressing the participants in the 'Public Awareness Rally' he accused JD(S) President H D Deve Gowda of ''betrayal'' in not extending support to his government.
