Shimla, Nov 27 (UNI) Admitting for the first time that the presence of the BSP in assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh will affect the Congress and the BJP, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said it will affect the parties in those constituencies where there are rebels of both the parties.
Addressing a press conference here, he said the prospects of the Congress and the BJP would be affected in those constituencies where the BSP fields respective rebel party leaders.
''Yes, the party's prospects will be affected in those constituencies where it fields a rebel Congressman. It will also be the same for the BJP.'' Mr Singh said his party, which was facing dissent at three or four constituencies of the state, would try to contain it.
