SEL buys 99 per cent stake in Kudu Industries

New Delhi, Nov 26 (UNI) Ludhiana-based textile firm SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd today said it has increased its stake to 99 per cent in Kudu Industries.

The acquisition of stake would help the company in value addition through manufacturing of dyed yarn and printing of fabric and readymade garments,a company statement said.

The firm has a dyeing capacity of 4500 tonnes per annum in fabric and 3000 tonnes per annum in yarn. Further, the firm also has flat bed printing, rotary printing and mercerising capacities of 2400 tonnes per annum, the statement added.
