Lucknow, Nov 25 (UNI) Even as the Uttar Pradesh Police had released sketches of terror suspects in the serial blasts at Lucknow, Varanasi and Faizabad, they are yet to get any concrete lead in the investigation.

State additional director general of police (Law and Order) Brij Lal, who was given the additional charge of STF yesterday, told UNI here today that the investigation was progressing well.

''The sleuths are working on all aspects of the probe, including the movement of terrorists involved in the blasts and tracking their mobile phone numbers through surveillance,'' he informed.

However, the ADG stopped short of divulging the name of the terrorist outfit behind the serial blasts.

According to the preliminary report, the live bomb recovered from Lucknow court premises was said to be RDX or C-4, while the rest of the explosives used were ammonium nitrate.

Mr Lal had said all jailed terrorists in Uttar Pradesh would be interrogated. At present, Lucknow jail houses 22 hardcore ultras.

Meanwhile, police said they are probing the local links of the terrorists as two of the cycles used in the explosions were old.

Yesterday, three National Security Guard (NSG) teams had investigated the five blast sites on the court premises of the three terror-hit cities.
