UP blasts an act of cowardice: Sonia

New Delhi, Nov 23: Congress President Sonia Gandhi today said the serial blasts in Uttar Pradesh were an ''act of cowardice intended to create panic among the people''.

Expressing shock and grief over the terror attacks in Uttar Pradesh and resultant deaths, she urged the state and Central governments to take firm action to find out the culprits and deal with them seriously.

She conveyed her heartfelt condolences to those families who lost their dear ones in the blasts in three cities of the state.
