Rs 879.94 cr Supplimentary Budget passed in Uttarakhand Assembly
Dehradun, Nov 23 (UNI) The Uttarakhand Assembly today passed Rs 879.94 crore Supplimentary Budget without any discussion by voice voting.
The House reassembled at 1500 hrs after it was adjourned by the Speaker at 1320 hrs owing to chaos created by the Opposition Congress and Bahujan Samaj Party members in support of their demands earlier.
The Opposition members continued with their demands. However, Speaker Harbans Kapoor completed the business amid din and passed the Suplimentary Budget.
The Speaker then adjourned the House for three days to assemble on November 27.
