Rains likely in Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Pune, Nov 23 (UNI) Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and at isolated places in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Cold wave conditions prevailed in some parts of Madhya Maharashtra and Vidarbha, and at isolated places in south Gujarat, Telangana, Rayalseema and interior Karnataka.

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, west Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra, Kutch, Konkan, Goa and in remaining parts of Madhya Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Telangana, Rayalseema and interior Karnataka.

Night temperatures were below normal in Orissa and in some parts of Bihar, Punjab and coastal Andhra Pradesh. They were markedly above normal in some parts of Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in some parts of Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, and above normal in some parts of Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and in remaining parts of west Madhya Pradesh.
