Pakistan's SC validates state of emergency
Islamabad, Nov 23 (UNI) Pakistan's Supreme Court validated the state of emergency in the country today.
The Apex Court dismissed a petition filed by Tikka Iqbal Muhammad Khan, that had urged the court to declare state of emergency and the provisional constitutional order issued by the Chief of Army staff, as ''illegal and extra-constitutional''.
