JD(S) plans to hold state-level meeting for its revival

Bangalore, Nov 23 (UNI) Janata Dal (S) has convened a state-level meeting to give the party a more vibrant and regional look with a new action plan in the present political situation on November 29 in the city.

Party spokesman Y S V Datta in a press note said here today that the meeting would also discuss the issue of its getting ready for the elections whenever it was held in the state.

He said that the party will stress on the regional outlook to take up the regional issues and keep an equi-distance from Congress and BJP.

JD (S) national President H D Devegowda and former Chief Minister H D Kumarswamy will take part in the meeting which would chalk out future plans of actions for the party's revival.
