Puravankara Projects bags Rs 630 cr deal in Hyderabad
New Delhi, Nov 22 (UNI) Real estate developer Puravankara Projects today said it has bagged a Rs 630 crore land deal for developing a project at the Hi-tech city in Hyderabad.
The Bangalore-based firm's hi-tech city project, to be spread over 6.5 million square feet of area. will comprise high-end ultra luxury retail, residential, commercial and hospitality complexes, a statement said.
Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) floated the tender for the project with a reserve price or Rs 20 crore per acre and received three bids, including DLF and BPTP.
