Islamabad, Nov 22 (UNI) Pakistan's Attorney General Malik Muhammad Qayyum today said General Pervez Musharraf would take oath for the next term as civilian president.
Mr Qayyum told reporters that Musharraf's oath will be under the (suspended) 1973 Constitution and not under the Provisional Constitution Order (PCO).
General Musharraf would hang off uniform before taking the oath, he added.
The retired Judge said that the Election Commission would notify returned candidate of the October 6 presidential election after Supreme Court's order that is to be announced tomorrow.
The court today dismissed the sixth and last petition challenging Mr Musharraf's re-election in uniform.
