Punjab's Samman for Makhanlal University HoD

Bhopal, Nov 21 (UNI) The Punjab Kala Sahitya Academy has chosen Mr Pushpendra Pal Singh of Makhanlal University for this years 'Patrakarita Vishesh Academy Samman.' Mr Singh is the head of the Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita Evam Sanchar Vishwavidyalaya's Journalism department, Mr Singh, who was being honoured for his outstanding contribution in Journalism, will be presented the award at Jalandhar on November 25, a release said here.

The Academy bestows awards every year for oustanding contribution in the field of social service, journalism, literature and public service.
