National conference of ERA on Nov 23

Chennai, Nov 21 (UNI) The Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), a professional body representing executive recruitment firms in India, would host its national convention here on November 23.

With 'Employer Branding' as this year's theme, the convention aimed to highlight the retention of employees through branding of organisations, would attract senior executives from corporates, CEOs from certain select organisations and CEOs belonging to the 'recruitment' fraternity.

The executive recruitment industry in India was now worth over Rs 9,000 crore and ERA would aim at raising the levels of professionalism, ethics and integrity of the recruiting industry.

The member companies of ERA would provide business solutions to various organisations in the form of 'Human Capital' - permanent and assignment based, an association release said here.

The Chennai chapter of ERA was the second largest in the country and had made a significant impact in the recruitment and HR fraternity of the city.

Panel discussions on 'the 4 A's of Employer Branding - Authentic, Above-board, Appealing and Accurate Recruitment and Retention' and 'who owns employee retention - the Line Manager or the HR Manager' would be the highlight of the conference.
