IVRCL Infra forays into mining operations

New Delhi, Nov 21 (UNI) The Rs 1,800 crore IVRCL Infrastructures&Projects Ltd today said its board has approved a foray into mining operations.

The Hyderabad-based company passed a resolution for change of company's Objects Clause to include the object 'mining and mineral explorations etc', a company statement said.

The company will undertake mining operations including reconnaissance, prospecting, exploration, development and exploitation and all other related activities like transhipment of minerals, petroleum and gas, it added.
