AP Police bust inter-state burglar gang

Hyderabad, Nov 21 (UNI) City Police today claimed to have busted an inter-state gang of burglars from Rajasthan with the arrest of two people.

Bhagwath Singh and Bhan Singh, who broke into the flat of Dinesh Kumar Jain and decamped with gold ornaments weighing about 2.70 kg and Rs ten lakh in cash were arrested last night.

The Anti Dacoity and Robbery Team of Central Crime Station, which took up the investigation of the case, arrested the duo at the Nampally Railway Station.

They seized Rs 3.94 lakh cash and 319 gm of gold ornaments worth Rs 7.14 lakh from their possession. On interrogation they confessed to the crime, a police press release said here.
