UB Group adds New Zeland wine to its portfolio
Mumbai, Nov 20 (UNI) To cash on the growing wine-drinking population in the country, Vijay Mallya-promoted UB Group has added some of the finest imported brands from New Zealand on its wine portfolio.
United Vintners Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UB Group, has imported wines from four resplendent wineries of New Zealand viz. Astrolabe, Hunter's and Ra Nui from the Marlborough wine region, and Sacred Hill from Hawkes Bay.
The portfolio includes Sauvignon Blancs, Pinot Noirs, a Chardonnay and a Pinot Gris. The 750 ml bottles of wines will be available selectively in the major metros.

Zealand,
who
was
also
present
at
the
launch,
said
''Through
our
partnership
with
UB,
we
will
be
able
to
supply
India
with
some
of
the
most
outstanding
varietals.''
