Mumbai Nov 20 (UNI) Mumbai-based KPO, Cross-Tab Market Research, today said that it would double its head count to 500 by second quarter of 2008.
Cross-Tab Market Research has two contact centers in India -- one in Mumbai and other in Bangalore. Cross-Tab currently has a workforce of around 250 employees and has a marketing office in United States.
Cross-Tab is a full service market research agency in India, specializing in online research. It has majority of its clients from US and Europe.
Commenting on the announcement Cross-Tab Market Research Director Ashwin Mittal said, ''We are expecting a lot of growth from the European and U S markets within the next couple of years.'' ''We are also looking at growing inorganically, that would help us ramp up our facilities in the coming fiscal,'' he added.
The major reason to increase the head count is the increase in demand of services experienced by online research companies, operating out of India in the off-shore markets, Mr Mittal added.
