Canon offers 35 new consumer imaging products

New Delhi, Nov 20 (UNI) Canon India Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canon Singapore Pte Ltd, today offered 35 new consumer imaging products to widen its product portfolio in the country.

''This takes the total number of products to 78,'' company President and CEO Kensaku Konishi told reporters here.

Products unveiled under the imaging communications products (ICP) division included eight digital cameras, six digital video camcorders, two professional lenses and two compact photo printers.

Products under the consumer system products (CSP) division include four inkjet printers, nine all-in-one, one laser printer and one scanner.

''This year been the best year for the company with a growing growth rate of 38 per cent and number one position in digital cameras with 27.8 per cent market share and digital copiers segment with 27 per cent market share by value,'' company Vice President Alok Bhardwaj said.
