Journalist attacked in AP town

allegedly
attacked
by
some
wine
shop
owners'
for
exposing
their
illegal
and
nefarious
activities
in
Nalgonda
townon
Sunday.
Police said the reporter B Jagan, working in Hyderabad, was attacked by the owners' of the bar shop and sustained stab injuries.
Immediately. He was rushed to a corporate hospital in state capital.
Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh Union of Working Journlaists (APUWJ) condemned the attack and demanded that the government convene a high-power Committee meeting to look into recurring attacks on journalists and take necessary action.
The union also demanded that the government must bear all medical expenses of the injured.
