Bhopal, Nov 17 (UNI) No nomination was filed on the third day today for the by-election to the Khargone Lok Sabha seat and Sanver Assembly seat in Madhya Pradesh scheduled for December 12.
Official sources said no nomination had been filed so far.
November 23 is the last day for filing nominations. Scrutiny will be held till November 26 and last date of withdrawal is November 28.
Polling will be held on December 12, while counting will take place on December 15.
Khargone seat had fallen vacant with the disqualification of Krishnamurari Moghe as MP over an Office of Profit issue, while state minister Prakash Sonkar's demise caused the by-election in Sanver.
The BJP had declared Mr Moghe its official candidate from Khargone and Santosh Malviya from Sanver. The main Opposition Congress had not declared its candidate so far.
