Badal refutes claims of SAD MLAs joining Cong

Sanghol, Fatehgarh Sahib, Nov 19 (UNI) Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today refuted claims by opposition party members that certain Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) MLAs were contemplating joining the Congress.

"These are only rumours floated by the Congress", he said while talking to mediapersons here.

He said that there was no truth in his predecessor, Capt Amarinder Singh's statement that over 20 SAD MLAs are joining the Congress.

"Capt should take care of his MLA and should not bother about the SAD", he added.
