Bangalore, Nov 18 (UNI) A mega integrated township project offering 'work-live-play' concept over a 300-acre area will come up at Chikballapur, about 55 km from here.
The township named 'CG Garden Villas' would be self-contained with a residential centre having built-to-suits IT parks, business and commercial complexes, 3000 villas, educational institutions, hospitals and a helipad, project promoters Propmart CEO R Balaji said.
Speaking to newspersons here he said the project would cost Rs 1200 crore without commercial constructions. The villas are being offered with a start price of Rs 45 lakh.
'City Green Farms', the partners of 'Propmart', would also develop an 18-hole international standard golf course near the township.
Chikkabellapur, once a small town, today has the potential for commercial development in view of the international airport coming up near Devanahalli between this town and Bangalore city. The town is also well connected with Bangalore through National Highway No Seven, the official said.
