JPCC to discuss functioning of Koda government
Ranchi, Nov 18 (UNI) The Jharkhand Congress will hold a meeting of its office bearers tomorrow to discuss the functioning of UPA-backed Madhu Koda government in the state.
The party's spokesperson Alok Dubey said here yesterday all the vice-presidents and general secretaries of the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) had been directed to ensure their presence in the meeting.
Besides, the state executive would meet in December, Mr Dubey said.
The Congress, an ally of the Koda government, had already given an ultimatum of two months to the Chief Minister to improve the ''dismal situation'' of the state.
The Congress warned if Mr Koda failed to deliver the goods within the stipulated time, the party would ''seriously'' consider withdrawal of support from the government.
