Hyderabad, Nov 18: Opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today alleged that the one day AICC Session held in New Delhi yesterday, was totally confined to promoting the party General Secretary Rahul Gandhi as its future leader.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr Naidu said 'the AICC Sessions had no agenda except praising Mr Rahul and promote him as a Congress leader in the country. No issues pertaining to the comman man, were not come to the discussion in the meeting'.

'Even Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh also chanted the ''Rahul'' mantra, forgetting his position and the problems facing the people in the country', he said.

Calling upon all political parties in the state, to join the 'bandh' on Novmeber 21, called by the state farmer organisations, Mr Naidu said the TDP would fight until the Centre hikes the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for Paddy at Rs 1,000 per quintal.
