UMO organises World Usability Day 2007
Hyderabad, Nov 16: UMO is a non-profit organization working towards design awareness and exchange of design sensibilities through interaction between designers, IT industry and design sensitive consumers. It is a forum dedicated to discussing, improving and promoting the work of the Usability, HCI and Interaction design community in India.
UMO and allied organizations in India will join communities across the world to mark the celebrations for World Usability Day 2007 in Hyderabad on November 30. World Usability Day is a world wide self-organized event with the goal to promote the fields of Usability Engineering and User-Centered Design. The event is designed to raise awareness about the importance of 'Good Design for Better Living'. Eminent people from the academia, industry, business and governance will be sharing their views and insights on this day.
