Ayodhya, Nov 15 (UNI) The security at the disputed Ram Janmabhoomi site here was being further beefed up.
This decision was taken at the Permanent Committee meeting held today to review the security situation at the place.
Later, Ram Janmabhoomi receiver and Faizabad divisional commissioner L Venkateshwar Lu said the security would be strengthened at all the spots in the 67-acre acquired land area, which also includes the makeshift 'Ram Lalla' temple.
The meeting lasted for three hours and the members also held talks with the securitymen deployed at the place.
They visited all the security spots and inspected the barricades and other security paraphernalia.
Those who attended the meeting included ADG N R Dhillon, Lucknow zone IG Arvind Jain, senior CRP and PAC officials, joint director Intelligence Bureau, Faizabad range DIG P P Srivastava, SSP V P Tripathi, DM Anil Garg and SP (city) Gopeshwar Khanna.
