New Delhi, Nov 15 (UNI) Mumbai-based lifestyle brand Provogue India Ltd today said it has bought a majority stake in Pronet Interactive Pvt Ltd, which is engaged in the business of developing social networking websites.
The fashion brand is also all set to introduce personal care products at its outlets as part of its category extension. The company plans to bring out its new range of products by March.
The company is also in advanced stages of finalising the blueprint for launching exclusive stores for women and accessories in India.
Provogue, which has wide presence in the western India, now wants to focus on north India market. It will open around 16 stores in north India by March.
