TATA Sky launches three interactive services

Mumbai, Nov 13 (UNI) TATA Sky, one of the private direct to home (DTH) services providers, today announced the launch of three interactive services.

The firm, which is a joint venture of TATA group and Star news, today said that its three value added interactive services -- Actve Darshan, Learning and Stories -- will be available to subscribers under its package offers.

TATA Sky also plans to launch Personal Video Recorder (PVR) in-built in set-top box, which will facilitate the viewers to record their favourite programs and access whenever one wants, the company's Chief Marketing Officer Vikram Mehra informed.

Presently, the company has a subscriber base of 10 lakhs in the 4,500 towns across the country and it is targeting to extend its service in 500 more towns by the end of the year, Mr Mehra added.
