Lucknow, Nov 13 (UNI) Terming the six months tenure of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati ''unsatisfactory'', the principal Opposition party in Uttar Pradesh Samajwadi Party (SP) today alleged that the government has so far failed on every front.
''All vows of Mayawati during the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls have fallen like a pack of cards...development works have come to a standstill, while injustice and corruption are the order of the day,'' SP senior leader and Leader of Opposition in the state Council Ahmad Hassan told newspersons here.
Reproaching the ruling Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Mr Hassan charged ''by passing the UP Organised Crime Control Act (UPOCCA), Mayawati has attacked democracy.'' Accusing the BSP supremo of indulging in the politics of malice, he alleged ''instead of bringing UP on the lines of development and improving the deteriorating law and order situation, she is getting fake cases registered against SP leaders.''
