Megasoft announces revamping of telecom biz

Limited
today
announced
revamping
of
its
telecom
business
and
unveiled
a
new
strategy
to
rapidly
expand
its
global
telecom
business,
targeting
a
revenue
of
Rs
330
crore
in
2008.
A company release here today said the company's business and marketing function would be driven from Bedford, US and the global delivery, research and development and back office support system would be run out from here.
The release also quoted Megasoft MD and CEO G V Kumar as saying ''the integration with Boston Communications Group Incorporated (BCGI), which had become a 100 per cent subsidiary of Megasoft and delisted from NASDAQ, was almost complete and the revenue would be reflected in the last quarter of 2007. The company expects to end this fiscal with a revenue of Rs 290-300 crore.'' He said the company expects a sizeable business with the opening of 3G spectrum in India.
