4 women among 8 Myanmar nationals held on IB in J
Jammu, Nov 13 (UNI) Eight Myanmar nationals, including four women, were arrested by the BSF personnel while they were attempting to exfiltrate from the International Border in R S Pura sector here late last night, an official spokesman today said.
A BSF patrol team challenged a group of people trying to cross over to Pakistan through A M K Border Outpost (BoP) in R S Pura and arrested them, the spokesman said.
All the arrested people were residents of New Bazar area in Gadgoda district of Myanmar.
They were identified as Mohammad Younis, Abdul Malik, Kamal Hussain, Mohammad Farooq, Masooda Begum, Fatima Khatoon, Majib and Muneera.
