Jain saint dead in Madhya Pradesh

neighbouring
Shajapur
district
yesterday
after
he
took
the
vow
of
'Santara'
ten
days
ago.
He
was
85.
The Jain saint, who was ailing for some time, took the vow on November 1 and was taking only water since then, according to Shwetambar Jain Mahasangh General Secretary Virendra Kothari.
His funeral is scheduled today.
