New Delhi, Nov 11 (UNI) Global software major Oracle today said Sun Direct Pvt Ltd has implemented its communications billing and revenue management solution to provide next generation Direct-to-Home (DTH) services.
The solution will help Sun Direct consolidate billing operations, enable powerful new service offerings and improve visibility into customer information across services.
The company worked with Siemens Information Systems Ltd (SISL), a member of the Oracle Partner Network to complete the implementation.
''In making the move from a content provider to a service provider, we needed to ensure that we had the necessary technology infrastructure in place to bill for services quickly and accurately,'' Tony DeSilva, Sun Direct chief operating officer said.
With Oracle, we have implemented a next-generation solution in just months - accelerating our ability to rapidly deliver new services and deliver a superior customer experience, he added.
