IOC plans ATF pipeline in Mauritius
New Delhi, Nov 11: State-owned Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) plans to lay ATF pipeline in Mauritius from the terminal point to the airport.
IOC retails petroleum products there through its Mauritian subsidiary.
''We are proposing to increase storage capacity, lay ATF pipeline to airport and build other infrastructure,'' company's Director (business development) B M Bansal said.
The Indian side held discussions with the Mauritius delegation as part of a meeting between petroleum minister Murli Deora and on the sidelines of India Africa Hydrocarbon Conference held recently.
Mr Bansal said IOC would also be looking at Mozambique that has natural gas reserves.
He added that IndianOil was mulling over participation in exploration and production licensing round in Sudan.
