Mohali, Nov 9 (UNI) India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni said his side fell short by 10 or 15 runs and that made all the difference in the second one-dayer against Pakistan which they lost by four-wickets here today.
''Our strength is batting, that is why I elected to bat, but we lost a few quick wickets in the middle and the game turned against us,'' he told reporters after the match.
''We feel bad that we lost a match which we should have won but this is life, this is how things work out,'' he said adding ''we won the first game but lost here, this is cricket.'' He said, ''We could have bowled better, but that is no excuse. Pakistan played well in this tight contest, it was not a one-sided affair.'' ''I think a score around 340-350 was good enough for a win but then not everything happens as per your script,'' he added.
