Actor Mickey Rourke arrested in Florida
MIAMI, Nov 9 (Reuters) American actor Mickey Rourke, star of ''9 1/2 Weeks'' and ''Angel Heart,'' was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after being stopped while riding a motor scooter in Miami Beach, Florida.
Rourke, a one-time professional boxer who attended high school not far from the scene of his arrest, was weaving from lane to lane on the green 2007 scooter and failed a sobriety test administered on the street, the arrest report said.
He had ''bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage'' when he was stopped in the city's South Beach entertainment district around 4 am yesterdeay, the report said.
Entertainment Web sites listed Rourke's age as 51, but the arrest report said he was 55.
