Two die in head-on collision

Krishnagar, Nov 8 (UNI) Two persons were killed and 11 injured today, in a head-on collision between a bus and a lorry at Panihata crossing on National Highway 34 under Kaliganj police station in Nadia district.

Krishnaganj police sources said the dead comprised a 24-year-old passenger and the bus conductor, who died on impact.

The injured had been rushed to a local hospital in the district's Saktinagar area.
