Spl campaign on Old Age Pension Scheme

Chandigarh, Nov 8 (UNI) The Haryana government has decided to launch a special campaign to identify the new beneficiaries for Old Age Pension Allowance Scheme in the state so that no one could be left out under this scheme.

Stating this here today, an official spokesman said that all the persons who were above 60 years would fill-up new forms to take the benefit of this scheme for which survey committees have been formed at rural and urban areas in the state.

Besides, these committees would also identify beneficiaries of Old Age Pension Allowance so that the benefit of the scheme should only be availed by the genuine person. The main aim of this campaign was to provide benefit only to the beneficiaries.

He said that those beneficiaries who had already availed the allowances should appear before the committees so that they could recognised.
