Addressing a press conference here, Mr Choudary, flanked by party leaders Vijai Singh Mankotia and Rajender Walia, said on coming to power the BSP would take strict action against all those who had amassed huge wealth beyond their known sources of income.

Congress leaders involved in corrupt practices will be sent behind bars, he asserted.

Speaking on the occasion, party's state secretary Rajender Walia said state party convenor and party's national leadership has decided to give 50 per cent tickets to the youths.

The BSP candidates in the tribal areas was a proof of that, he said.

Mr Walia said that the presence of BSP during the current polls has provided an alternate choice to the people and BJP and Congress were disturbed over the developments.
